I offer free second class shipping via Royal Mail on orders within the United Kingdom. Within the UK, All orders outside of the UK will be charged for tracked international shipping. Returns and Refunds

I am happy to accept returns on any crystal or item of jewellery, provided it is returned within 28 days of purchase.

I will refund your item upon receipt of the returned item, as long as it arrives to me in the condition it was sent to you.

I refund the original shipping cost but do not offer prepaid return shipping.

Astrological Readings are non-refundable once they have taken place. They may be cancelled before taking place, however, and a refund will be given.
